6 STEPS TO ENTER

1. Download the AWARD Call For Entries entry guide
Go to ENTRY GUIDE TO DOWNLOAD and download the document available in English, Chinese, Japanese or Thai. Read carefully through the document to choose the categories and sections you wish to enter along with all entry requirements and eligibility rules.

2. Register and enter your entries online
Register your details to receive your login information. Select CREATE ENTRY, choose the category and section you wish to enter and fill out the online entry form then press 'Add'.

3. Manage your entries and upload all relevant files for your entries
Go to MANAGE ENTRIES. Here you need to upload all required files and print out your labels, entry forms and checklist. You have the option to edit, duplicate and delete entries at this stage. Please note that you will not be able to finalise your entries until all required files have been uploaded for your entries. NOTE: YOU MUST ALSO UPLOAD A SIGNED LETTER FROM THE CLIENT FOR EACH ENTRY AS A PDF FILE IN ORDER FOR THE WORK TO BE DEEMED AS ELIGIBLE FOR THE AWARDS.

4. Enter credits
Once you have created your entries you will need to enter the credit information for all entries under "Manage Entries". Credits MUST be checked and entered correctly as this information will be used for the AWARD Presentation Evening AND the AWARD Annual in the event that your work is awarded. Please note that you will not be able to finalise your entries until all required credits have been entered.

5. Submit your entries
Before you go to SUBMIT ENTRIES, please make sure all provided details are correct and uploads are complete, as you won't be able to make any changes once you have submitted your work.
After submission you will only be able to print out forms and watch your uploads.
Please make sure you send the required hard copy forms and material to the AWARD office.

6. Payment
Once you've submitted your entries you must make payment. This can either be done online via credit card or offline via bank transfer. Please note entries will not be processed by AWARD until payment has been received.
